Was ist ein Protektor?
Der Protektor ist ein unabhängiges Kontrollorgan einer Stiftung oder eines Trusts. Er handelt nicht als Mitglied des Vorstands – sondern als eigenständige Überwachungsinstanz, die die Einhaltung der Foundation Governance und damit den Willen des Stifters dauerhaft sichert.
